เสียวไส้ seow sai - terrified, panicked ("sai" means intestines)

Usually Thais will say "seow" to mean their horny and ตกใจ (dtok jai - literally means "drop heart") if something has startled them. As with any language there is always the formal & proper way that is taught in schools as well as the street patois that will differentiate locals & foreigners.
not sure if you're trying to correct me or not. no offense but i am a local and thai is my first language. i think your lesson adds a bit more confusion to those that are not familiar with the intricacies of the language. good effort though.
