Thailand wins (for me) hands down for ALL areas and comes with a good price tag too
Phillipines loses on nearly all counts, BUT one thing that continually draws me back, is their ability to speak good english, without me having to speak like I was talking to my 10 yr old niece and the "genuine-ness" of the people, MabuHay!!!!
