Well, take a taxi, insist on taxi meter, and then you will pay less than 100peso to 150 peso max from edsa to la cafe (come on - that is just 5$ ..) hotel taxis charge more you can bargain at the entrance ..
I havent been to universal, so as some bro here say, maybe more happening than I have been thinking ...
BTW, Edsa complex is a place like OT, I just side swiped that place once .. but from what i hear, it is a place not be missed ...
