Surprisingly, I have never been approach by mamasan in LA Cafe .. I swear .. but, then again, I don't long-ranger .. I have some friend with me .. and anyway, some of the staff there are my friends .. (do drop me a note if you need any help there .. no guarantee though ..
For LAC, 2,500 for ST is a rip off, the girls should do LT at that rate, or walk out ..
Second floor has a cover charge, and that puts off the girls going up ..

This place seems worth a look-see .. as you say, never heard of it though.
My mental calculator says, in Manila, paying upto 6,000 for LT is ok (about 200 S$ - same as about what you pay here, provided the girl is not a clock-watcher and willing to extend for a tip .. ) and in Angeles, anything above 3000 is consider rip-off, considering the market rate there ..
Though if the girl is really really knocking and willing to please, I would have swallowed the hook, line and sinker at 8,000

Try to get to the ground floor early, as early hours are good. Second floor gets run over by japanese and koreans and the korean/jap admirers ..
