Was in Macau last week, stayed in Venetian and was in the casino all the while. If you are looking for a session, just go to slot machine and play a few rounds. You will then be approached by many FLs asking you to go with them. Standard price is about HK$1 - 1.2k but can nego to HK$800 or less. Wide range of selection but up to you to choose. Most of them have rooms at Venetian but if you prefer your own room, they may just go with you.
Alternatively, you may want to walk over to Hard Rock where you will see FLs along the stretch while you walk towards Hard Rock or vice versa. There are plenty of nice looking FL, but again may up to individual.
If you want cheaper option, you may try 909 mentioned by blurqaz. I find most of the gals are about 70% of the photos. The only thing is you have to call to book using a local number.
