Not exactly that all club squeezing the singers for money...come down to all dollars & cents that owners invested in those HFJ,it may not even enuf to cover the rental.
Infact it's a win-win situations... Singers gets to make their monies,with an average of 70-80% of their monthly flowers..Owners gets abt 20-30% of that share.
As for smaller joints which seems difficult for singers to achieve their min quota den will the owners does a min deductions,as this sort of plan will motivates the singers to work harder & please all bros who patronise the HFJ...; )

As for the 250s HF joints...Singaporean just loves the "bubble tea" business plan.hee...hee.. Monkey sees...... monkies do.....!
