Yes, that town is called Cui Wei (翠微). This picture here is the entrance. About 200 metres away from this entrance, starting at about 9pm onwards, there are about 10 ladies, all syt at rmb50 for st, standing at the side of the road (at our right hand side). Dont stop here, carry on walking along those small shops and look out for small saloons, inside each shops you will see about 5 to 6 syt sitting and waiting for customers, I ask them for the price and they told me rmb30 for massage and rmb100 for fj (I guess still can bargain). There are around 10 saloons inside cui wei. Some of the girls are also standing inside some short but dark lanes. Generally its safe to walk around but its good to be cautious. The things in cui wei are also very cheap.
