but that guesthouse is advertised in various pattaya forums. Not hard to find if do a bit of search. I recognised it when you posted the photos
Also there are really a lot of guesthouses on top of bars in Metro/Soi Boukhao are that has AC/Safe/CableTV, some even free wifi under 800B/d. I believe Metro apartment is one of the fav among falangs.
