Did my research online before i head over.Have been a regular siam cheongster all my life never step foot into philippines before.Have long heard about angeles city are same same but different from pattaya,also a lover for pinoy so i think its time to experience ac.Plan well before hand & head over with a buddy(R).Got my ticket book late as unable to confirm our leave so end up paying $370 return with tax from tigerairways.
The day has come,my cheong map & itineary all printed out,head to changi with excitement & found myself landed in clark(Dmia)3 hrs 15 mins later.

Some nice friendly question from the Passport control officer & we pass thru pretty quickly to collect our laguage.Ignore all the touts & head outside.!st drama of the trip begin.
Our driver is not there there to pick us up.I had pre arrange & double confirm with my flight details with premier Garden Hotel.Went to the corner drinks stall break some notes so i have some coins to use the public phone.Shit duno how to dial or the phone got problem went back to ask the sweet lady at the stall how to dial local lan line.My surprise she have no idea also but help to ask her neigbour.Went back try dialing again still cannot so the officer white uniform ask us are we waiting for the driver some one looking for us.We follow him to the desk to find the written name not ours 1 of the officer help me call premier garden on his cellphone & on cheongster sense i find something not right.
He got thru & pass the phone to me everything sort out was inform we will be pick up in 15min.Next===The officer demand $20 Sing dollar from me saying he help me.I was no fool & tell him friend,this is just lan-line.He can even tell me his phone model to call is more expensive(He must be thinking everyone is a moron)Then told me $10 sing.I dun wanna offend him & smile to him say i appreciate his help hes a nice man but i just talk less than 2 min so i can only give him 20peso.He ask for 50peso i told him i use the public phone just 1 peso per min.(with smile of course)He took the 20peso & says ok i go to eat & head inside the canteen while we shift our ass out to get a puff.Meanwhile lots of ppl come to ask us to take thier taxi,some offer accomdation at only $10 sing per day we just declince & say we had booking already Shortly they leave us alone.
Finally the driver is here & we ere delight to be away from the prowling wolves.The road to town remind me of seletar camp.Soon we were at perimeter area our impression this place really no fight for pattaya,very run down town.
Arrive at the hotel to another surprise that the two room suite we had book is still occupy.Wth?Isnt the booking confirm?They offer to check us in to other room 1st as the previous occupant is checking out that evening.So we just took thier offer went to room shower & rest a bit.The room is so-so or poor by standard compare to pattaya.
