PS: the korean scene is only relevant in Philippines context - there are direct OZ flights to Clark, and even Direct SEL flights to Kalibo and even in Boracay, a lot of businesses owned by Koreans, who are (supposedly) on the run from their own country for various issues, and not excluding skipping Military Service ..
