So at least start from early this year's thread to at least get the feel of the place and current situation in Batam. (eg Hotel S$,good seafood,good malls,MPs and etc)

Most newbies gung ho to Batam and later FR that Batam is not as expected as seniors here claimed to be.

Spare a thought that seniors frequent Batam as much more than we eat chicken rice .Lots of effort,money and time utilised
