My Bx said the abv mentioned will be written in black and white with proper paperwork and red stamp with relevant authority (police?). But i find it very fishy cos this is like having free lodging but she said this is common practice in HCM city.
The amount she talking is abt 10k sing for a subletting period of ard 2-3yrs. doing a simple calculation, this work out to be ard 350k dong per mth but with $ back to u after the period. I hope i grasp 100% of what she is describing and wish some bros who are well verse in HCM city culture can advice me in this. Many thanks!!

haha. do you think its possible? proper documentation with red chop? i can get you any document in vn with red chop. she will take yr 10k and say bye bye to you. save the money for better use.
