Hi Bro, from experience, if you tell taxi driver from Makati that you want to go to "LA Cafe/Manila Bay Cafe", some may tell you some crab excuse that it is closed or the girls in this place has diseases, etc and refuse or want to recommend somewhere else. What I usually do is tell them you want to go to "Hyatt Casino & Hotel" in Malate. Hyatt hotel is only about 150m away from LACafe. But better get yourself familarize with Google map so that you know which direction to walk after you drop at Hyatt.
Also when you leave LACafe with a girl and board one of the taxis right outside, they may ask for P500 to go back to Makati. Usually it is only P150. So it is up to you if you want to pay the price.
