28 September, 2010 - Mayor: Angeles City relatively peaceful
ANGELES CITY -- Mayor Edgardo Pamintuan said Tuesday that the city is still relatively peaceful despite several killings involving foreign nationals over the past few days.

Pamintuan issued the statement amid reports that several foreign and local tourists are now afraid to visit and stay in the city.

According to the mayor, three out of the five killing cases recorded over the past two weeks were solved by the city police.
