hmm from what i heard it is some kind of a loaning house scheme. you wont get the money so fast one lah. plus its HUBEI lehhh... houses in that place can fetch that much meh ?? i not house expert i wont comment hahahha.

If you tell me its Shanghai maybe. In shanghai now they are enblocking the old houses and if you register as one of their family members, the family whos house is being enblock will get more shares.

But then bro.. remember how.. in singapore if you divorce.. the girl gets HALF of your property man.
