If the sentence is BAXA(hom nay baxa va gia dinh di chua?), then no need to have ? mark.
If the sentence is OXA(hom nay OXA va gia dinh di chua?), it can intrepreted in 2 ways:
1)Today hubby and family go temple?
2)Today hubby and family go already?
the word CHUA w/o any sign can be confusing
