Visited recently, keelung and taipei city. since i have no contacts, can only go out walk and hope. At keelung, on ai yi lu (love first road), i was approached by a lady outside an arcade place with 777 on the entrance. upstairs 6th floor is a 制服店, she quoted me 3000NT for 2 hours.
