1st, the 14A form is total rubbish.. its just a everyday process for the ICA officers.. I think there are stacks of 14A forms lying ard the office and they wun even bother to vet thru.. One important factor is that you need to know if your gf is banned from entering Singapore or not.. If yes, you will have to wait till the ban is over..
If no, the only way for you to overturn this problem is to get a date with ROM, and with the letter and your date of solemnization, you send it to your gf and ask her to present this letter to the immigration officer at the counter.. This is the way to GUARANTEE her entry into Sillypore..
I have heard many many similar cases and I was a victim of such discrimination against Vietnamese girls due to the fact that they cant speak up for themselves.. So if you confirm she is the one for you, then you can carry on your ROM process, earliest date should be 3 weeks, get the date, send her the letter and ask her come over..
