Under Vietnamese immigration rules, they can only lose passport once and make a 2nd copy. If they lose the 2nd copy again, they will be fined and disallowed from obtaining the 3rd copy. But in vietnam, anything is possible. With USD, you can get the 3rd and even the 4th copy.
About being guarantor for Viet WL , i feel its the most stupid thing to do for any Singaporean guy. The viet WL not only have one Singaporean man lover, they have different lover every day they work. So if you act as their guarantor and they kanna caught by anti-vice, you kanna lock up while she go back Vietnam to enjoy with her Vietnamese bf.
