No need to check everyday. For Cebu Pacific their promotional offers are very standard one. They do it 4 times a year and launched on the eve of public holidays lasting for 48 hrs or until seats are sold out.
The 4 occasions are :- eve of Christmas, eve of CNY, eve of Good Friday and eve of one of their Phillipines national holiday (I can't recall the actual day

So just standby your computer @ 2359 hrs on those days if you want to be among the first to book the tickets.
Although the offers are open for 48 hrs, the popular destinations very often are sold out within 7-9 hrs.
Me hoping to catch the next one on eve of CNY, very worth the price :-
