Talking about Christmas, ErZi & me did a quick survey non of the MMs in our room that night know what Christmas is all about except the innocent looking DJ, newly arrived from Fujian. I was impressed when she went on to tell the story of Jesus to other MMs and she later confessed that she came from a Christian family and was planning to go to the local Church the next morning! And the locals have also started one new practice they give each other apples on Christmas Eve you know 苹果 rhymes with 平 in 平安夜 who said Chinese are not innovative.
Im heading to CP today, and then to Guangzhou for the countdown to the New Year. I was planning to head north after that, but managed to convince my Chinese business associates to meet me in the warmer south.
Enjoy your break and I hope to catch you and other bros, including SBX & PTR in the new year!
