i have been to bkk during songkran . it is actually not completely 100% shut down - still will have some places open , but very much quieter . selection much less , so if you are very picky about who you are prepared to fuck , then not really a good idea .

I believe Songkran is around 11-14 April right? So if I go Early April or late April, things would be back to normal?
