I meant they're really going into marriage -- the guy made her 花魁 almost every month, and finally getting married; the other couple has been hang around for 2 -3 yrs, the singer quit and staying in landed property. Of course, this kind of cases very rare.

The fact is ppl need that amt may not be able to help them get PR approved. On the other hand, ppl has that qualification (stable job, good income, good family background) won't need this amt. And most importantly, getting married is easier, but it will be costly to dump her.
