Fully agree with you ................... P.Burgos and Edsa - The place to be while in Manila. Used to be LA Cafe, ( now closed) and Airforce 1, (waste of time heading there). Even HRC Makati in the mid 90's was fabulous.
Each of us has our own favourite joint depending on time factor - duration of stay in Manila. Enjoy!
