Actually hor 3 to 4 years back there were 4 jokers here that also was thinking to open up Retro Pub in HCM, went thru many rounds discussion in HCM and even look for suitable places to rent liao, after one year all gave up due to too much sunk costs upfront after doing business case study
2 of them no longer active in SBF while another is my beloved ex-BIL
