Well, I been to the casino in ResortS World, Pasay (Opposite Airport), never been to other place .. and RW was good .
(and you know where they train the pit crew now .. )
as for safety, all places safe, from what I seen, but use basic common sense .. if you win even 10,000 peso .. (after loosing 20,000), the natives will not see the 20K you lost, but the 10K you won .. so.. basic street smart applies ...
After all, people get shot for 100 peso in that country ..
