I just got back from Hanoi few days ago. Most 3 stars hotel and below gave FREE WiFi. I walked in a few hotels in Hanoi and check out the price and it was quite reasonable. But just don't know if they have rooms at that very moment. Small hotels are everywhere in the Old Quarters area.
