Milkman - this is not just a AC problem but a budget airline problem. I fly budget all the time coz its so cheap but this cant be accepted. The guys at Cebu air ripped you off ; make sure they pay! You did the right thing in not fighting the battle in their home ground but you're in Singapore now!

FYI , I fly cebu air in June and will look out for their scams. Thanks for the warning.
