Can't agree more with NobleEagle and this is the trend however sad
it is. It takes two to tango and atm there are plenty of rich and willing men and limited puyings in Sg. Demand>supply+SYT*GT=$$$ not unlike the PRC HFJs.
That said anything that goes up will come down, I can see flower power dwindling in some joints compared to say 5 years back. But then we have endless supply of new "carrotheads".
