Why don't you guys change at the bank? Unlike the old days, now the bank rate and black market rate are very similar. For example, if you go to Sacombank, the rate is 1SGD = 16504 for today. I always change the money there and deposit it into my account directly. Therefore, I can use my ATM card to withdraw cash.
