If you wanna extend it, do it in Philippines. After arrival, get another ticket and, ask the TAs to do the extension.
The BI has strict dress code .. like No Casual Dress, Properly attired etc .. (then again, the filipinos don't reciprocate here .. dressing in 'three quarters, claiming that Singapore is Hot hot .. and walking with Singlets, or even Vests .. and when a bit tipsy, rolling up their T Shirts and exposing their big bellies ..)
