Try to call this Philippine embassy in sg for tourist visa information.all I got is engage,voice mail.one time a lady took my message I was just asking if tourist visa can be obtain for Singaporean and whats the fee and things to prepare like photograph etc..say visa officer will call back to me but many days later never.tried calling in again same voice mail,engage transfer here Nd there till I manage to get hole of someone and was told cannot apply have to do it at Philippine site??
But she was not sure and transfer me to the visa officer only to hear voice mail again.
