Let me attempt to interpret this based on my limited knowledge in poor english.. hehe
1st sentence: I think he is saying that if you need to share your bills, why talk about 'bao-yang', meaning he's thinking that you are BS'ing about being a big spender.
2nd sentence: He probably thought you are a Malaysian, somehow he assessed you are one.
3rd sentence: He is in the opinion that you are stupid and that the whores (the girls) might have this impression you are a Singaporean (if you are not) thus disgracing him, which i assessed he is a Singaporean...
Well, i love reading all the stories and learn many good tactics and lessons from bros here, IMHO, if you dun like the stories, you should just "go back on page" by all means...
