Urgent need help.

we are currently staying at A&em Hotel at 39-39A-41 Thu Khoa Huan Street. An hour ago, someone knocked on our door repeateadly in a calmly manner and walked away. Awhile later, the same thing happened. We then recieved an unknown phone call from a female vietnamese sounding panickly and urgent and said nguy-yen 2 times and hanged up.

We called the receptionist to no avail. We tried again and the receptionist picked up and said he will check but nobody came and no reply again.

Please advice what to do bros. Urgent,NO JOKE, Thanks.
