Separate taxi meaning one for you and one for the FL? No real need to do that, just that when you get in, insist on using meter only instead of flat fee surcharge, if they disagree, just get out and board another.
Police roadblock - don't think so. Your hotel may ask you to sign in guests, but most don't bother. Just that if and when she leaves, they may call up your room to get the "ok".
