what do you expect from a country police that gives the murderer of the norwegian kid '7 days to surrender before we start action .. ' 7 days to file a grievence notice, follow 'protocol' and seek 'DOJ' custody and then case is in limbo

Even last month, one of the cops involved in a murder was only asked to be arrested, after 2 weeks, and the police reported the cop has gone MIA.. he will sure appear after 5 years, claim political persecution .. and then say DOJ didn't follow process .. and then be out again ..

And I go by the info I get, only 1 in 10 murders even get to the news .. rest are 'missing' .. and likewise, if the victim is rich or foreigner it is news .. if a local or unkown gets killed .. no news .. like the carnapping victims .. and so did a friend in PNP told me .. that 9 out of 10 kidnap victims are never recovered .. and forgotten as Glorias corruption and PNoy's girl friend is bigger news ..
