As advised, 10k is good for drinks only and won't last long.

Actually many hotels have bars or restaurant with good views although not on the rooftops. Stayed in Radisson once and their bar had a great view of the city from the east and Rama9 at night choked full of traffic is spectacular too, albeit not as great a view as the plunging neckline of the accommodating waitress who sat down on the floor to chat.

Roadside bars are good enough; alcohol works as long as it's down the throat!

And ps agogos are not indecent. They are at best, naughty.
