I dunno what rumour bro Ziebart heard but I have oso heard some myself...... maybe we can compare ?

a) No more SYTs for the bars...... the minimum age to apply for the permit will be raised to 21 and above.

b) The applicant must go for HIV screening (conducted by NGO) and produce the result for the application of the permit from the City Council..... since the permit has to be renewed every year that means the bargirl will need to test every year.
