That's not a good excuse. You can enter Myanmar, Laos or Vietnam (if possible) via Thailand. Then enter China. Cannot meh?
It'd be a first and a record to see a Singapore plate car in CP!
Oh I forgot. I think only Hong Kong and Macau cars with dual plates can enter China.
