In Macau, can try Sanado or Darling 1/Darling 2. Sanado features Chinese girls while Darling 2 has Chinese and Thai/Vietnamese (?). Never tried Darling 1.

To get to these, just board a taxi and tell the driver. Sanado = 仙拿多 or something to that effect. Get inside, change, get a BJ and shower and then proceed to a room. Get a seat fast to see the parade of girls. Try to get a seat in the middle; made the mistake of getting a seat to the left of the room and view was partially hidden. Once you select the girl, the rest is quite routine.
