bro lord..i stayed DM residente when my first trip in 2009. The room is quite old but not bad. I got the cheapest room around 25-30 sin. Got small pool. its just next to casa del roque..not very far to jollibee..maybe about 150 metres by walking. I still prefer Casa del roque coz its new and nice room except that its just in front of santa maria elementary school and if u dont mind....hehe,
