It seems that there will be a lot of running here and there to do and money to be spend...
The problem is that I am a foreigner so there may be a lot of issues. I guess most important is to get married first then go one step at a time.
I wonder can I buy a valid official married certificate in Vitenam? I don't mind spending some money to cut short the time.
