I may be wrong but i don think this is a flight delay. It is a schedule change that tiger implemented since august. All my affected flights were informed to me in advance with attractives offers. Free rebook or refund.
I guess these guys bought through an agent and did not leave enough contact info. A good practice is to do an online check of your flight before you fly.
