Dun worry about the typhoons..... fields ave is located in an area where the typhoons is hardly ever felt and oso is not flood prone despite heavy and continous rains....... even when Typhoon Pedring struck and the surrounding areas were flooded....... the flood in fields ave was only ankle deep at its highest level.
When the 2nd Typhoon struck later in the week...... it only drizzled in fields ave and totally no flood at all.
The flood prone areas are at the end of Perimeter (Plaridel, Malabanias areas) and Angeles city centre (on the other side after Abacan bridge)....... so long as you stay in fields ave you should be alrite...... barhopping is not a problem at all
In fact you should worry more about the raids instead of the weather
