Some interesting information I managed to glean from an NB agent.
Apparently sex pills are illegal in the Philippines and even for V, C or L... you need to have a prescription.
No prescription = illegal possession.
All the other sex pills sold by the vendors are illegal.
Caught in possession of any illegal pills = 50,000p fine.
Only the NB are authorised to prosecute in drug cases (including sex pills).
If the regular police arrested someone for possession of drugs or illegal sustances, they have to call in the NB to take over the case.
