Bro Jack, it's something like this:
sai khi lua chon khong ki cang de dau kho tam hon! (???)
= sai khi lựa chọn không kỹ càng để/dễ đau khổ tâm hồn hơn
The problem is they didn't put comma in the sentence. So there could be 2 cases:
1. sai khi lựa chọn không kỹ
, càng để/dễ đau khổ tâm hồn hơn
here: càng để = lead more to something
càng dễ = much easier to happen something
2. sai khi lựa chọn không kỹ càng
, để đau khổ tâm hồn hơn
in this case, "để" = "lead to" could make more sense than "dễ" = "much easier". And "kỹ càng" is just simply "kỹ" = "careful", but emphasizes a lil bit more on the adjective.
Did I just scare you a bit of how complicated TV can be?

Anw, luckily, the meaning of the whole sentence in any cases are almost the same
