One way to cut down on runners: When she is with u in the bar, if she is keen, she will show a lot of interest or pretend to be shy and smile or laugh a lot at anything u say. U shd be able to feel some chemistry. If she acts bo chap & u have to work hard to get her attention, maybe she is not keen and if you still want book just be prepared..
Another way which is more business like is to tell her up front "I will tip you 500p (or whatever) if your service is good and you go back at 10am
