Short changing happened to me at the 7-11 close to JJ and at the Hot Dog stall at the airport after security clearance.
On both occassions i caught the guys red handed.
They paid up promptly.
The airport case was funny.
Cause i returned after a good 20 min and asked for the balance.
Without uttering a word the guy picked up the money and returned it to me
