We are not traffic officers or taxi drivers.
But will entertain you.
Sukhumvit soi 16 is almost parallel to busy business area-Asoke/ Ratchapisek street and very jammed on weekdays. Sat night is party/clubbing crowd so not as bad but if taxi wants to use Nana highway from asoke until soi nana and soi 1 may have heavy traffic. If taxi driver wants to use Nana Highway, he should come out to Sukhumvit Road using soi 22 and not using Asoke unless he wants to use Rama IV.
To be safe 1 hour is sufficient for travel time.
