The lowest-ranked 4 teams will start fr the preliminary round.
The 2 winners over 2 leg shall proceed 2 1st round.

1st Round - 28 teams.
The 2 winners of the the preliminary round will join the other 26 teams,which did not qualify 4 the 2012 ACN.

The 14 winners over 2 leg shall proceed 2 2nd round.
2nd Round - 30 teams.
The 14 winners of the 1st round will join the 16 teams which qualified 4 the 2012 ACN.
The 2 legs shall be played 7–9 September & 12–14 October 2012
The 15 winners of the 2nd round over 2 leg will qualify 4 the 2013 finals.
